Plus, you'll practice sharing personal information and asking basic questions, all while becoming comfortable with talking about time and dates.

Get familiar with grocery store layouts and item names, interact confidently with store staff, and order food or coffee with ease. You'll also learn how to handle property issues with your landlord, resolve conflicts respectfully, and communicate effectively about rental issues.

02

03

Learn how to book medical appointments over the phone, check in at the clinic, and discuss symptoms and pre-existing conditions. You'll gain skills for interacting with healthcare professionals, parts of the body, and names of specialist doctors. Plus, you'll become familiar with common sicknesses or illnesses and how to navigate doctor’s questions, diagnoses, and prescription instructions.

Understand job posting requirements, answer employer calls, and schedule interviews with confidence. You'll explore job interview vocabulary, and understand the difference between hard and soft skills.  Additionally, you'll participate in mock interviews to hone your skills and confidently talk about yourself in a job interview.
